I don’t try to misdirect class politics into generational conflicts… and I don’t try to make online discussions personal credibility wars.

No offense, but I don’t believe you’re of the personality type who can do much for the left. MAYBE you can accidentally act as an agent provocateur for the wealthy. But I don’t see the “angry all the time” angsty teen as much of a model to follow. Like I said, you go vent, you do you. Life is frustrating, I understand, but I’m not here for it.

Then do what I requested of you as your single intersecting request: Delete all your comments to this thread. If you utterly believe everyword you just didn’t edit, then remove yourselves from bourgeoisie apologia, entirely. Denial of your oppression is many times more deescalating than just deleting your online presence.

I think you’re a right winger. I think you’re here to push cultural politics against the left. I don’t think you’re a leftist at all.

Then your perspective is all screwed up, as I am in an anarchist instance, posting in an anarchist/c/, and precisely condemn a generation oppressing me&you?
I am not a Senator. Compost them.

God it’s ironic when Anarchists can’t help but sow division. Just the number of times you tried to make it personal, or push purity politics… such ridiculous behaviours. Clearly you’ve never met an elder anarchist in your life? You think there’s just been no boomer anarchists before you, in a similar position to you? Or they just that they didn’t do anything?

You don’t think you’ll be one, one day?

Take a step back, breath, and reread this thread, as you have been talking to the Lily Tomlin all this time.
Sometimes taking a breather, and retrospecting, you see a different perspective you didn’t see possible.

Look I think a far more interesting conversation could be had about how identity, age, and financial demographics come together to either co-opt, or NOT co-opt a persons politics, in terms of the existential actions they’re willing to carry out in their public political life.

Some people get old, maybe they “get serious”, try to have a normal life, and so end up with some sort of centrist liberal politics. These could be said to be the people most served by the system (and so most co-opted). But you do also get people who live a similar life, but due to various pressures, and insecurities - stay agile, flexible, and principled. They can become older anarchists, older organizers, protestors, donors.

But that special characteristic of life, or empathy, or upbringing, or struggle, or community contact, that makes the difference hasn’t been well defined.

Class isolationism seems to be an aspect… that different countries have isolated classes from each other, where elites have a trajectory that essentially keeps them away from the poor in every strata of existence. Gated communities, private offices, elite clubs, that sort of thing. Where as other countries, don’t have as much of that, or even better - some countries have an ethos or spirit of being with “the people”.

This is due to different histories and politics playing out in different places. But there are also just certain people, who keep their politics as they age. They keep reading the news, keep seeing the problem. That’s fine too. What this says about how society changes, the rate and types of change, how much older people, or people who become more financially well off, are willing to enact of their politics in the different countries is the question. Why do some people retain empathy, and others lose it.

Politics ultimately comes from the questions of empathy and communion. You’re younger (or so we are assuming), I understand you being an anarchist, full of disgruntled energy looking for how you can change the world.

Follow that, and you’ll find you have a series of interactions with people. Probably not a Peter Thiel, Elon Musk, or a Trump, but just people… people from all sides of politics. Yes you can get into fights with them, yes you can try to undermine them, or declare moral superiority…

But eventually, to communicate, you need some degree of shared dialogue. I’m a humanist, that means if you want to improve the world FOR HUMANITY, you have to have empathy for humanity… and I hate that. I hate that I do have some empathy, for some rich kid somewhere, whose being yelled at by his racist father, and stressed out, popping pills, and hoping to get into Yale so that he can take over as the CEO of an industry.

That person, who will eventually become the culpable boomer, the worst - goes through a cultural and psychological system… to manufacture the type of person capable of cold hearted reproduction of a system they that has deeply damaged them in order to produce them. In order to reproduce a kind of brutality, an environment destroying industry to perpetuate family status and wealth.

That kind of person can end up in the kind of cults of rich people indulge in: Effective Altruism, Technocracy, or simple white supremacism. Because those elements offer them a release and excuse, recreation for the damaged soul. We can name the billionaires who play with each of those cults.

But ultimately, to understand the shaping of identities and psychologies that perpetuate Capitalism as a death spiral - you have to be able to interface, and analyse all classes, and have an effective message for all of them if you want to produce a positive large scale change. Luckily, that responsibility isn’t a burden for any one of us, but for all of us. As we all make culture.

We progress as a planet, as a culture. This is especially true in the age of the internet, and globalization. If I am to do some “retrospecting” it will be as an alien, looking down on how small our conflicts are, how far and personal our infighting goes, as we don’t realize the species must come together as a whole. Left /right, up/down, and sideways… because we all create the cultural software that we all operate on… and changing the system, is a matter of changing the deepest foundations of how we operate in the world.

That means understanding, something of each other.

That’s all verbose and very introspective of you.
But fascists are livestream our deaths.
They make bets if we are going to suicide or not.

In communing with a fascist regime, means you have to get your hands dirty and bury a lot of killers. You way think a rich Nazi is a human that needs to be empathized, but they have no such considerations when calculating the next girl they have to gang rape.

Are you going to continue apologizing for our oppressors,
or do I have to remind you what it really takes to humanize a deathcult?

If you really think those are the issues of the day, or of this post… give some sources and statistics.

fascists are livestreaming our deaths. They make bets if we are going to suicide or not.

Are you fantasizing about this, or are you talking about ACAB, or is this just vibe poetry? Who are these fascists. I guess you’re a young anarchist so I assume you’re talking about police. Police repression is a function of the state, which is a function of voting, and culture… which leads us back to empathy cultures, vs, isolation cultures.

Have you seen this video? It explains a lot of why things are how they are.

But yes, fascists lack empathy (And ergo, the Paradox of Tolerance principle arises) - but you haven’t bothered to ask WHY fascists come into being.

Are you going to continue apologizing for our oppressors

Oh I thought you were smarter than to mistake questions of why, and how-to-prevent, as mere apologia. You do revert to personal attacks and purity politics awfully quickly don’t you.

Anyways, I see that’s your preference, to be angry, lash out, fail to understand, and hence fail to change anything. If that’s your preference - perhaps you need a few more years venting, and being the angry boi. Good luck with that.
