A bipartisan group of 45 attorneys general from 42 states, the District of Columbia, American Samoa, and the US Virgin Islands have asked Congress to pass the Senate’s Kids Online Safety Act (KOSA) censorship law, and make sure the bill’s duty of care provision is included.
Unrelated to this travesty, but the Hawaii AG on that letter was fired the next day (well, notified she wouldn’t remain in the job in the upcoming term).
