Yeah different levels, dying in intense fear and painless isn’t my top way to die, but it’s definitely not the worst way to go.
I think we’d all prefer a quick, painless, and completely unnoticed death when the time comes. Most get slow and painful. This was in-between those two for me

Oh there’s no doubt this was horrible all Around. But the suffering was short. And they felt nothing.
