It’s theatre, but it’s worse than that too, as it’s a first attempt to take out their opposition with the feds, not coincidentally what they accused the democrats of doing falsely. This should surprise no one.
2027 in the fall, or perhaps a bit later, I bet they indict/investigate, or try to, their political opposition.
Perhaps more damaging though is when they pretend to be us and help get the unelectable “moderate” choice that they can beat.
This is the right terminology: political theater.
Nothing will come of this. The intent is to put negative headlines out there and influence the election. In two weeks they’ll drop any and all charges and just ignore the huge waste of taxpayers’ time and money in order to try and smear a popular lawmaker.
I think the term is too minimizing. This is a much bigger deal than anyone seems to be making of it.
So are elections. But Americans rather theater politics than actually change their current Nazi regime.
