I think you’re missing my point entirely.
The generation responsible for fucking our planet, are the majority now. They can easily overpower and can easily “deescalate” the 57 companies they work for.
If you’re a boomer, sabotage your company right now.
Stop replying to me. Go on, save the planet you love so much.
Wait, you’re blaming boomers for stuff but you linked to data that says the opposite of what you implied. Your first link says the biggest demographic is 15-64, and boomers are 65-80. Your second says millennials are the bulk of the workforce.
DarkCloud already admitted they want to continue supporting capitalism, and the oppressors. My rhetorics worked out revealing their true cause.
Now, why won’t boomers release their pensions?
What the fuck are you talking about? How is that even passingly relevant to what I said?
Saying that your argument style is “say random stuff and pretend it has backing” is kind of a shitheel thing to do. Just say your opinion, don’t pretend it has a citation if it doesn’t.
My opinions have been extremely clear from the start, here, and b4 I created this post.
We are not receiving support from our predecessors, leading exactly to what our predecessors want: our oppression.
So why are you using random nonsense to argue your point?
Also, you’re like a gen x property owner who runs a food bank. Oh, and you’re Australian. The previous generations left you with a pretty sweet setup.
I’m sorry no one died and left you their retirement account.
Ultimately positive action, that produces something constructive attracts more money, interest, and help than negative online criticism done purely as criticism/venting.
I understand you just want to vent, and cope via memes that say “boomers did this to me”. That’s fine, go right ahead man. You do you, because what else can you do.
No man, what have boomers sold you that warrants your constructive positive intersection, than solidifying with the generation struggling against their oppression, and your nieces and nephew’s generation?
I run a canteen, because I am actually political active with my community. I know how gen x, boomers, millennials, zoomers, and gen alpha behave and commune with each other. And the boomers simply refuse to intersect. They think they are entitled to keep oppressing us, with their retirement packages, sign up boni, second homes, etc…
What boomer promised you something that they haven’t relinquished to you yet?
Again, you REALLY want to make this personal somehow. Okay then, hey why don’t you promote your canteen? Where’s the donation button?
Weird choice of words… canteen… is that like, a cafeteria? Do you mean a cafe? Or a “food not bombs” style deal? One that feeds activists/protesters? OR just a whole foods? Or a friends-of-the-earth type deal? Or a free shop for the homeless?

Because if it was random, boomer “politicos and billionaires” would ended their oppression long ago.
Pretty screwed up, yah?

It’s frustrating.

Always happy to receive mutual aid.
“Canteens” is what seppos call “foodbanks,” yes. Any food is welcomed, and when possible, refill what you took.
Canteen is not the term in Australia. FoodNotBombs don’t use that term here.
