The guy has a hate boner for any progressive American politician. It’s a given that the president and his cronies are not only doing nothing about the tax status of churches of any stripe but actively engaging in the slaughter, but sure, let’s spend our time berating one of the best hopes for progress in any notable position like his city controls the US fucking policy.

NYC synagogues are selling land?
They host events where land is sold. The synagogues don’t do it themselves, but they’re actively supportive of it and use their status as a house of worship to shield the event from close protest.

Mamdani can’t stop what happens inside of a building let alone a religious building. The only power he has is in the city hall. Their with his perspective he enact what’s beneficial to all its residents.
I love that people still find things to bitch about the most level headed progressive politician currently living. If there were more elected officials like Momdani, we might actually stand a chance at having a decent society.
These people’s energy would be better spent at yelling at the corporate elected officials that actually have control over what’s happening in Gaza. But yeah, continue to yell at the good ones. Bravo.
