It’s there all the time, you just don’t notice when popular media hasn’t primed your brain to tune into politics every two years.
I am very interested in politics year around, and as a small reminder: the world exists out of america, each country with their own elections. The two year cycle is just in the US. There’s also popular media outside of the us.
And yet you dont pay enough attention to notice these things outside the US election cycle
