I’m surprised that the US government isn’t bombing the US government into submission. I mean they are their worst enemy.
I have been saying similar things about the USA and how they handle a number of things.
If any majority Muslim nation was doing what Israel is doing, the USA would stop at nothing to stop them.
Been true for at least three decades.
The United States view of nuclear proliferation is that the world can only be safe if only the United States has nuclear weapons.
Because no other country can be trusted with nuclear weapons.
In some ways, this world view makes you realize that North Korea and Iran might have a legit point to continue to develop nukes.
Like half of nuclear nations got nuclear capability from the USA, so that doesn’t track.
It was even our idea to give the tech to Iran…
The United States, the only country that has used neuclear weapons against people, is the only country that can be trusted with them.

Thats kind of the foundational precept of imperialism. You have the be the only one. Its not about autonomous entities entitled to their own self determination, its abour conquest and being the one at the top that can exploit all the others
TBF other nations capable of doing this aren’t exactly trustworthy, if anything the rotten USA is the best apple in the bunch.

Yeah apparently the world agreed and didn’t assume the US would fall as far as to elect someone who thought being told no was just a speed bump for whatever he was trying to do, which is mostly anything that lines his pockets as long as he has no real obligations to actually be a leader of a nation.
Seriously, what the fuck? Course easy to see the lines from poor education and a shit load of propaganda that says the people making things worse are really protecting the hard working folk, and you have to trust them or you’re on the wrong side of a book of morales/philosophy they never actually understood anyways.
It’s quite genius really but awful for betterment of society and humans. One bit of critical thinking works and the whole house of cards topples unless they’re in the sunk cost fallicy time. Course they made sure that wasn’t likely via the propaganda.
It’s maddening to know how easily manipulated we can be, and I’m not American but definitely try extra hard these days to understand anything I read and put it in context before accepting as written. Imagine what we could accomplish if we didn’t have to keep doing that for everything we read?

Technically would function with low falloff, but they’d blast themselves away each time as well since theres no static friction to hold them in place.

I guess we have to thank the Trump admin’s incompetence for announcing this. Even though, I have no doubt that Putin in particular doesn’t care for any treaty if it gets in his way.
