Dude, that tagesschau piece is from right after the election. There was no court ruling or hearing. After that, they dragged it out in the bundestag until late 2025, and this year it finally went to Karlsruhe, where, surprise, nothing has happened either.

BSW says no coalition but I think a government with BSW would be more social than a AfD government with one switching CDU member. Now they need 3.

Wow, I didn’t realize the bundestag’s election committee is a ‘court’ now. I naively assumed it was just other parties MPs protecting their seats.
