What kind of nuts? Seems like a really broad statement. I scanned the article, but didn’t see if it actually states what ones are best to consume.

You know that they are talking about hypertension, right?

In this meta-analysis of prospective cohort studies, we found further evidence for a reduced risk of hypertension with higher intake of nuts. These findings support dietary guideline recommendations to include a serving of nuts per day.

Yes. There are at least 25 kinds of culinary nuts. What ones are they talking about? What ones are best for this purpose?

They don’t distinguish it because it’s a meta-analysis. You can review the study selection criteria if you want. The study is linked in the text.

It’s a meta-analysis on the effect of ‘nuts’ on blood pressure. Not ‘groundnuts’ or ‘cashew nuts’, ‘nuts’. It’s meant to understand the general effect of nut consumption, not to give you a specific recommendation.
