They had one variant that ran on propane. 12 year production run in Europe. Another 5 years in China. 343,000 sold. It was extremely space and fuel efficient, because of the design for aero.
Looks like they paid a designer who got halfway through designing the car (the bottom half) and then fired them in favor of some project manager’s nephew who’s “good with computers.”
