Researchers found that several cannabis-derived terpenes significantly reduced pain in mouse models of fibromyalgia and post-surgical pain, with one terpene, geraniol, showing especially strong effects. that’s kind of how it works though. The first time i took weed I was doing 12 hour shifts in kitchen work, and i noted how it didn’t remove the pain, it just made me stop careing about it.
Smoke enough of the right kinds, and it will make your skin numb.

TBF foot/leg pain to a 20 something, is not the same as chronic pain due to an injury, so i’m not discounting you, just voicing my experience.
