Apparently PlayStation/Sony recently introduced a company called Yoti for age verification and this individual was trying to verify and it failed multiple times. When they reached out to Sony they were forwarded to Yoti who informed them they had reported their “suspicious behavior” to the authorities and referenced their OS being graphene as the cause. I’m still trying to figure out the location / country of th incident but Yoti itself is a British company headquartered in London.
