    It’s an intriguing experiment. It works far better than I expected. I would have preferred a system that actually creates code on the fly. It’s a bit like the Turing test part two but for reality, in this case in the very narrow experience of a desktop PC.

        You’re picking up what I’m putting down. You may also like other epistemological arguments like Chung Tzu’s butterfly, Boltzmann brains, last Thursdayism, Plato’s cave, and so on. Most knowledge, including scientific knowledge is axiomatic aka built from axioms / assumptions. Like I’m assuming the time before now actually happened and it’s not the case that reality came into being as is just now.
