In my case it would be poor sleep, bad sleeping habits, revenge sleep procrastination, poor posture when sitting in front of a PC, long working hours, job related stress, fatigue, neck tension causing headaches, jaw muscle tension… everything is connected and I just can’t break the cycle! I would have to take vacation from job and kids to start working on these issues…
