3 days agoThey had a long standing contract with the Pentagon. There was a weeks long fight between said Pentagon and Anthropic on how the software is licensed.
And you realize just now that Claude is used by the Pentagon?

I don’t think I could name one thing that systemd improved for me. But I can name at least one major annoyance that made things worse for me.
The real issue is the backwards incompatibility which essentially forced everyone to switch instead of being able to choose.
For that alone I will keep disliking it.
If it wouldn’t carry just 8 GB of RAM, it would be a great deal. Sadly, it’s not even upgradable, so its usefulness is rather limited.
