But then again, alas the USA doesn’t care about freedom anymore, with a semi-dictator in office, or supporting an unjust regime in the Middle East, and rightwing anti-democracy populist forced across the world… we can only long back for the nation that the USA was, perhaps never great, but still a defender of a free world. Now it’s a shadow of itself, only capable of repeating the mistakes it made before WWI and WWII.
