Absolutely yeah. But those encouraging us towards enshittification would prefer we not ask those questions.

Happy to have catfish, but it really depends on how it’s been handled, farmed or caught. If its not done right, it can taste earthy, almost moldy. A bit like cheap Bass.

Done right though and it’s delicious and more than happy to eat it!
