I think so. Most things just work and if not in the default repos I find it in flatpak. Gimp and steam and other things are there.

Ive tried Debian a long while ago and a few like mint but something about the solus just struck me as correct and right. I think it was the stability of the repos that is the usp

Yes, I’m still using as my daily os. I find that it is stable and kept updated without any large effort on my part. Ease of mind and security.
