As a South African, there could’ve been at least some punishment for some people. Basically everyone was forgiven, and presented with the opportunity to learn lessons by themselves and evolve. And 32 years later, Afrikaner farmers are trying to convince Trump that there’s a white genocide and that they’re all precious little victims.

I know that conservatives have a hard time learning anything and doing any evolving (if they could they wouldn’t be conservative) but maybe it would’ve helped if at least some examples were made. Because ‘love and light’ and ‘forgive and forget’ didn’t work.

Meanwhile Israel: “Palestine and Lebanon and Syria and Egypt and Iran are populated by subhuman animals that need to be eradicated like pests. And if you disagree, you’re anti-Semitic.”

Going by history, the US military doesn’t actually seem that great. Not the best military, just the richest. And if you can survive the initial shock and awe, it’s just a matter of wearing them down until Hollywood is making sob stories about shell shocked soldiers invading a foreign land that we’re all supposed to feel sorry for.

Didn’t the current NZ government make a completely unironic statement about “defeating the woke” when they were elected? With a completely straight face.

I’m not doubting that China do a little spying sometimes but I also find it funny that there’s suddenly been this increase in espionage from big bad China, right at exactly the same time that the wannabe MAGA 4chan edgelords took over.

I think maybe at least this serves as a good Aesop’s fable about how kissing up to and appeasing monotheists that think all the heretics / infidels not wearing the same funny hat should burn and suffer in hell for eternity because of it, will get you nothing but condemned to burn and suffer in hell for eternity anyway.

This is major leopards eating faces material. What the fuck else do people expect from the one god, one way, aggressive cancer religions. The world would be 1000% better without the big three monotheist religions spreading hate and misery while camping it love, like fucking abusers.

That seems like a promising app. I was using Librera for Android, which also handles just about every format and has a lot of settings to play with. But Readest seems like that, plus with a nicer, less clunky look and feel.
