In Germany the government could order a temporary general speed limit on the Autbahn. Lower taxes on fuel = lower speeds for everyone to save gas.
The poll is among BILD-readers, so the results are not representative.
But then they would need to ban crucifixes as well. Not sure how well that is gonna be received in Italy
