Your behavior and tone in this thread has been incredibly hostile towards people simply for expressing ideas you didn’t like or think was possible. If this is how you respond to people discussing these kinds of topics maybe you shouldn’t participate in our communities.

Well let’s hope talented members of the community are able to write some custom drivers and crack the firmware. Wouldn’t be the first time people have had to crack firmware to get obscure high end obsolete hardware working.

Edit: Okay I get it, you aren’t posting this to clarify that this is a challenge for community usage, you’re posting telling others not to bother.

I’m just hoping for semiconductor prices to come down, but open source models getting better and having better hardware is a win in my book.
