I don’t really mind it when a film combines characters, especially for a franchise as extensive as LoR. There’s no way they could develop every minor character and still keep up the pacing for a film, let alone hire an actor for each character. I consider it a good compromise.

Started playing around with Ubuntu in 2009 on a whim. For a while I dual booted Windows+Ubuntu, but when I realized I went months without booting Windows, I deleted the partition and have been Linux-only ever since.
