To dedicate your time and money to studying theory and history, to organizing in trade unions and tenant unions, to spreading revolutionary consciousness, to party building and cadre training, is to have a firm belief in the necessity of rolling up your sleeves to build a better world.

I organize with a revolutionary socialist party. Revolution isn’t something you randomly start, it happens when there’s a broad, well-organized and popular socialist party, a class conscious working class, and a capitalist class that is too fractured to unite against the working class. The first two are actionable, we need to grow socialist parties and educate the rest of our class. The latter is made inevitable by capitalism itself.
