    Wrong way around:

    America’s awakening from slavish obedience to outdated religious indoctrination (as well as INCREASED liberty for non-Christian people whether of another religion or none) is due some of the credit for the country (mostly) moving forward from the authoritarian barbarism of marriage inequality.
