Vanadium on GrapheneOS and Trivalent on SecureBlue are the most security-focused. Firefox/Chromium/Safari-based browsers on desktop in general are decent for security. Avoid anything through Flatpak, and I believe Firefox-based browsers on Android are still behind as well. For Linux in general, Librewolf and Floorp don’t collect telemetry as far as I’m aware and have the most features. If you’re trying to be as anonymous as possible there’s other options as well.

I’m not fully knowledgeable on the state of browser security on Android, but based on some quick searches it seems that any updated Chromium browser on Android would have stronger security since they support isolated process sandboxes. Titanium browser looks like a decent alternative. Ironfox has some of its own strengths, but security isn’t one of them.
