The study assumes women tend to prompt in less formal language then men, and concludes that the less formal method of prompting(assumed to be associated w women) results in less formal output, while the more formal prompting(asuumed to be associated w men) gives more formal output???

If you prompt it formally it outputs formally, if you prompt it informally it outputs formally.

And apparently women prompt less formally, hence are at a disadvantage
