German men need military permit for extended stays abroad

The new military service law requires all men under 45 to seek approval from the Bundeswehr to leave the country for longer than three months. It also obliges the military career center to issue it.

    Why is this repeated and reposted so much? At least it’s better than Russian baby factories, surely?

    Edit: Also, any country which requires military servitude and nationalistic obedience is not good. But there might be some good parts.
