- sports - The government have no business involving itself in communities formed around play/competition/exercise.
- healthcare - the government/insurance have no business involving itself in care decisions between a healthcare specialist and an individual regardless of their gender.
- work/military - the government/companies have no business limiting access to positions based on gender.
The problem with kamala is she fell back on moralizing regarding the ‘law’ instead of just making it very clear that any intrusion on trans rights is an intrusion on everyones rights.
Democrats also win by standing up for and supporting trans people. They are not a means to trap people.

This is because the right-wing base turns out based on vibes, fear, and emotion while the left-wing base tends to look more to actions than words. A Democratic politician can say absolutely nothing about LGBT issues and still be understood as an LGBT ally by their base without giving free sound bites to be played on Newsmax.
