On his blog, Robert Moisescu admits he was the one who palm-struck a photographer and hurled hateful abuse at protesters outside city hall ahead of the Aug. 24 Israel vote.

In the seven days following the altercation, Moisescu, an ex-IDF soldier with over 60 criminal convictions in Canada, has still not been arrested by police. He has since posted blogs targeting activists and journalists with names and photographs accompanied by threats of violence.
