He says, after literally wishing it on thousands and thousands of people for over a decade. And he is not experiencing their trauma. Regular people taken by ICE are often held for months, separated from their families, and sometimes deported to places they’re not even from originally. He was held for less than a week and sent back to the UK to do the Piers Morgan right wing talk show circuit.

It is in the American character to just not listen to other people and what they have to say. Americans didn’t care what the natives had to say. Americans didn’t care what the Vietnamese had to say. Americans didn’t care what the communists had to say. They didn’t care what Iraqis had to say. So no fucking wonder he didn’t care what immigrants have to say about ICE.
