Not surprising. There’s been talk of removing gold from the US for a while now. For example Germany and Italy together hold over 2000 tonnes in the US. But there’s been plenty of talk of removing a large proportion of that.
AFAIK France already removed their last remaining gold at the beginning of the year.
You don’t store your money in a bank run by thieves…which is pretty much what the US has become… except that we’re a bank run by retarded thieves. I know that the R word has gone out if style.
