Android users are battling the persistent SafetyCore app, and Google is expanding similar functionality with a new API for other developers.

But the title says it can’t be removed?

The article adds more details by explaining the app keeps getting silently reinstalled

How would it be reinstalled if you can’t uninstall it in the first place?

To me “can’t remove” implies it cannot be uninstalled at all.

Guess you could read the article to find out

I was more complaining about the obviously-wrong title, because yes the article does explain how to uninstall it.
