On par with entire countries, including Switzerland, Ireland, and Bulgaria.

Incredibly sad to see as we battle record-breaking heatwaves. We need to stop supporting these companies…

    But will it be built?

    Apparently loads of those datacenters are announcements just to prop shareholder value up.

    It takes at least 5-6 Years to make a power source for a datacenter this size (cooling isn’t quick either), if you go with the simplest (coal/gas), or so I have understood.

    I’m of course not an expert so feel free to chime in!

      Well here’s to hoping.

      Unfortunately the signs are clear, not just wrt this one: MAGA is doing everything in its power to fuck the planet over for good, and make 'murican companies (at least those they have “an understanding” with) bigger and richer.
