Qobuz seems like a decent alternative, it’s explicitly anti-AI, and the subscription seems cheaper. Also when you buy music to download, it’s free from DRM

My gripes:
-Catalog isn’t quite as all-encompassing, but it’s noticeably improving.
-The app stops playing in low-signal places.
-I have come across multiple artists that are combined under a single artist, multiple times.
-App navigation can be awkward, but they recently did a redesign that im still getting used to.
