I left at the start of this generation. The PS4 drew me in because Sony were the underdogs during the PS3’s lifespan and really had to put the work in to win back customers. Unfortunately Don Mattrick annihilated the Xbox brand and Sony got complacent, reverting to the scumbags they always were.
