Alzheimer’s is definitely a weird one, it’s common before death to have a period of lucidity, like full recovery territory. I don’t pretend to understand why, but it stands to reason something that’s going on is in some way reversable, maybe this tripped it? Hopefully it doesn’t mean she’s about to kark it.
