Plenty of examples on youtube watch some. https://youtu.be/XjQTHDDob-k it’s not that the ball gets hit out of the park, it’s that the hitter is able to run home.

Not really mechanics or speed, you can do it with something as simple as incompetance, or bad teamwork. Plenty of examples on youtube watch some.
