The requirement was simply to come up with a technology to detect impaired driving or come up with report why is it yet feasible, and as of this year it is still not feasible, more details here: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=47383562

This title and article is misleading. The requirement was simply to come up with a technology to detect impaired driving or come up with report why is it yet feasible, and as of this year it is still not feasible, more details here:
