    Totally agree. And timing. Big platforms didn’t exist, or were still small. The internet was still new to a lot of people and no phones to access it. We had to go to a website on a PC and actively choose to watch it.

    I could be wrong but that feels more special than a video liked and shared over a big corp messaging app.

      It meant you probably found it because a real person showed it to you and the two of you shared a human moment rather than you were thrown at it by an algorythm trying to keep you staring at the screen.
