In addition to making people stupid, I wonder what affect will LLMs like Claude will have on programmers? How will new programmers learn if companies start using Claude?

It was obvious to her that applicants were using large language models (LLMs) – a form of artificial intelligence that powers chatbots such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini and Claude – to write the letters.
Well yes, because most companies are using LLMs to sift through applicants and auto reject anyone who doesn’t use LLMs to write them.

Yep. Although I have definitely seen people over-rely on calculators and make errors with money because of it.
