What are some good alternatives? Preferably with a web-client. I am pretty limited in installing software at work.

I recently found https://www.aliasvault.com/. It is still in early-ish development but the 1.0 release including a security audit is planned for end of this or beginning of next year. The main developer is also very active on https://www.privacyguides.org/ and listens to community feedback.
Cant wait for it to mature a bit. Right now my biggest gripe is UI/UX related.
Even if you cancel you will keep all existing aliases active. Then you can slowly working on moving them away.

1·15 days agoKagi is based in the US and uses the Yandex (Russia) search-index as part of their stack. I am trying to stay away from both. But yeah, their search results are nice :)
Check out Vela Maps. It is also based on OSM but looks more like Google Maps and the search works quite well. Not sure about traffic data though.
Filen might be a good alternative to Proton Drive, especially if you pay for the whole suite but only use Drive.

I can’t seem to find any information on where the company is from. I’ll try to stick with European software, not necessarily because it’s better or more secure, but out of principle. My experience is that if they don’t mention where it’s from it’s most likely not US :)
