The tech offices in Toronto and Vancouver have grown a lot over the years as the US makes it more difficult to bring foreign workers in (including Canadians). At least in Vancouver that has led to quite a tech boom, and it certainly isn’t just foreign workers getting jobs.

It’s kind of funny though because that is how it started. Offices that were just temporary stops for Indian and Chinese (mostly) devs while they waited for an H1B.

I don’t know why people are downvoting you. I stopped using my friend’s server when I realized he was watching everything we were doing. Really weirded me out.

I’m pretty sure it’s the latter. All he does is ride coattails, so much he doesn’t even know whose coattails he’s riding on any given day. I don’t know what he thinks he’s done that would make people clamber to vote for him.

This such a stupid move and the Conservatives rallied real quick once he called the election. He just opened the doors wide open for a con takeover.

Developing and manufacturing drones is for defending ourselves in case of a physical attack. I don’t know what makes you think anyone is suggesting Canada would be stupid enough to attack the US physically because of a trade war.

Trump should be happy. This will allow us to export more to Europe and less to the USA. That should reduce our trade imbalance that is absolutely destroying the USA. That’s what Trump wants, right?
